The founders of Black Lives Matter are deeply involved in occult practices and perform rituals during their events. I’ve taken what THEY have said themselves.
Melina Abdullah, co-founder of Black Lives Matter-Los Angeles, said “At its core, it’s a spiritual movement.”
The articles (links at end of blog) talk about the practice of calling out the names of the (dead) victims that they advocate for in rallies and demonstrations and having their audience repeat it. It’s kind of a way to invoke their spirits, Abdullah said.
Patrisse Cullors, another co-founder said, “It is literally almost resurrecting a spirit so they can work through us to get the work that we need to get done.” She says that ancestral worship has become very important to her.
And what does the Bible say about calling on the spirits of the dead? It defiles you.
“Do not defile yourselves by turning to mediums or to those who consult the spirits of the dead. I am the Lord your God.
Leviticus 19:31 NLT
The Bible also compares it to committing adultery spiritually.
“I will also turn against those who commit spiritual prostitution by putting their trust in mediums or in those who consult the spirits of the dead. I will cut them off from the community.
Leviticus 20:6 NLT
So for any Christian, any church, any denomination to support the Black Lives Matter movement is to support an organization that is first and foremost a spiritual movement that conjures up the spirits of the dead in order for those spirits to energize its supporters to obtain justice for them. Definitely NOT something any follower of Jesus Christ should be involved with.
You can advocate for justice and equality for all races without prostituting yourself spiritually. Racism is an ignorant way to live. Humans are created by God in His image. They are spiritual beings housed in a physical body. The spirit of man has no color, only the body. Champion the justice of all humans regardless of their level of pigmentation. But as for the BLM movement, have nothing to do with it.
Do not participate in the worthless and unproductive deeds of darkness, but instead expose them [by exemplifying personal integrity, moral courage, and godly character];
Ephesians 5:11 AMP
